1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Premier Reflections LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
Premier Reflections LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- House washing (soft-wash)
- Roof soft-wash cleaning
- Concrete and driveway pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning and whitening
- Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and techniques. Specific service details will be outlined in your quote or service agreement.
3. Service Agreements and Quotes
3.1 Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from those described or observed during the initial assessment.
3.2 Acceptance: A service agreement is formed when you accept a quote and schedule a service appointment. Acceptance may be verbal, written, or electronic.
3.3 Scope of Work: Services will be performed according to the agreed-upon scope. Any additional work requested will require separate approval and may result in additional charges.
3.4 Access: Customer must provide clear access to all areas requiring service. We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete work due to inaccessible areas, locked gates, or obstacles not disclosed prior to service.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
4.2 Late Payment: Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection activities. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
4.3 Disputes: Any billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of invoice date. Payment disputes do not relieve the customer of payment obligations for undisputed amounts.
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
5.1 Scheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred service date and time. Service dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Weather Delays: Exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, high winds, or other adverse conditions that may affect service quality or safety.
5.3 Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.4 Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion, including cases where safety concerns exist, access is denied, or customer conduct is inappropriate.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Insurance Coverage: Premier Reflections LLC carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
6.2 Property Damage: While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are only liable for damage directly caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Damage to fragile, deteriorated, or improperly maintained surfaces
- Natural variations in surface appearance after cleaning
- Issues arising from improper installation or building defects
- Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature
6.3 Claims: Any claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Failure to promptly report damage may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the claim.
6.4 Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and services needed
- Ensure clear access to all service areas
- Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or personal items from service areas
- Notify us of any hazards, special conditions, or areas requiring extra care
- Ensure pets are secured during service
- Close all windows and secure outdoor furniture before service
- Provide access to water and electrical outlets if required
8. Warranties and Guarantees
8.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
8.2 Results Duration: While we use professional-grade treatments, we cannot guarantee specific duration of results due to environmental factors, weather conditions, and property-specific variables.
8.3 No Warranty on Third-Party Products: We do not warrant or guarantee the performance of manufacturer products (e.g., siding, roofing materials, paints) beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.
9. Safety and Environmental Compliance
We are committed to safe, environmentally responsible practices:
- All cleaning solutions are EPA-compliant and biodegradable
- We follow industry best practices and safety standards
- Our team receives ongoing safety training
- We comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Premier Reflections LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
11. Photography and Marketing
We may photograph your property before and after service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. By using our services, you grant us permission to use these photos in our marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Good Faith Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
12.2 Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
12.3 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.4 Jurisdiction: Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Michigan.
13. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Reflections LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from customer's breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or violation of applicable laws.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
